I honestly feel like crying about the way I have been spoken to by the manager, Will Wills, and many others at Warrington Winnick Road Mini. I took my mini for a service 2 weeks ago, they used my wheel locking nut and now this can't be found. The service was free because they deceived me about how much I would receive for a part exchange. I have basically just been accused of lying about my WLN, I guess I shouldn't be surprised as after all, I was deceived into believing I'd get £2,000 for part exchange but only got £1,000. Fabulous service from start to finish at Halliwell Jones Warrington. I love my new mini! I part exchanged my car and received an excellent price for it. I purchased a new Mini Cooper Exclusive that came with a fantastic spec. The experience was fantastic. All the documentation was provided promptly and communication via email and phone was excellent. We purchased with James who was very professional and just lovely to deal with he made the overall experience enjoyable and stress free! Special thanks also to lovely Lisa for helping me with the spec on my car. Will for just always being so professional and friendly. I have been a customer for 12 years and this is my third Mini from Halliwell Jones Warrington so they must be doing something right to retain mybusiness. Went to view a used car from auto trader. Not on show, but was brought out for us to look at. Advertised as 11k miles but actually had 17k on, honest mistake. We left and not asked for any details which seemed odd considering we were taking a car in too . Polite enough staff to be fair

Matt B was so kind and helpful when I came in with Mini CarPlay issues after I changed my phone. Very patient, courteous and sorted my dilemma out without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Will definitely get my next Mini from him.

I wanted to book a service, nobody answered the phone. I book a standard service on line. I need additional work on my car, but could discuss it with a person. I am taking the car elsewhere for the additional work

This is the second time I have wrote a review as my previous one was removed. Honestly feel like crying about the way I have been treated and spoken to. Went to Warrington Mini for a service 2 weeks ago and discovered today that mini have removed my car wheel locking nut so can't change tyres now. The service was free because Mini had deceived me about the price they would pay for my car. Having initially said that would pay £2,000 but the finance was £1,000 more than the price of the car which meant I only received £1,000. When told Manager, Will Willis about the missing wheel locking nut he suggested I was lying then went onto say I was being aggressive and rude when instead I was clearly frustrated about the situation. He and his colleagues showed no empathy at all for my situation, his only other response was, we're sales so what do you want us to do about it! I would NOT recommend going to MINI!!
