From the start, the surveyor messed up by measuring kitchen incorrectly. When the units came, 3 of them were either damaged or incorrect. This is a nightmare trying to get new items sent to us and a fitter to fit them.Our point of contact is a guy called Jordan, he is a total waste of space. He told us the fitter was on holiday when he was actually on another job. We are still waiting for our kitchen to be completed nearly 6 weeks after they started fitting it. I would give you a zero 0 if it was possible.I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. And Jordan should be sacked.

Great salesman for a new bathroom to be fitted, Quality of finish seemed great at first, after 12 months gaps opened up in sealant around bath, between walls, and on ceiling panels, with have also bowed in the middle as they are not supported correctly. Toilet seat broke, however spare parts were sent out for myself to fix! Sink has leaked twice since install, one was a lose connection dripping water staining celininh in thekitchen below, then the fixture for the plug hole itself leaked and snapped, again this was fixed by myself, now the 3rd lot of leaks are appearing under the bath, as this is only 2 years old and outside the 12months warranty it is not covered and will need to be investigated by another plummer at further costs.Parts for fixtures seem to be the cheapest available creating greater profit for the company. I would advise using these at your own risk.

£15,000 bathroom renovation looked good on completion, then the leaks started. Damaged kitchen ceiling below. Now they won’t fix it, claiming another part of their business has taken over and they are in liquidation! Beware.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! It has been one of the worst experiences. The commercial Liam McKenna is a troublemaker. The company in general fattens the budget and then you receive bad labor and bad material and different from what they sold you. The reform started a month later than planned and is lasting more than a month. We still have to finish things! Everyone is critical of everyone for avoiding responsibility for bad work. In our experience, Jordan Drape has touched us as customer service for our work. He is never available and refuses our calls. He has no answers for any questions. The workers themselves have bad words for Jordan because they too suffer from the lack of disorganization that this man suffers from. We are missing a radiator, a kitchen arch, drawers in the kitchen… and nobody takes responsibility for this after it was in the deal. This is horrible. We have made an official complaint but they ignore us. Do not spend your money on this company, it is expensive and will only bring you headaches and a hole in your bank account. I am suffering from thinking about how this work will be in a year. I'm afraid shattered.

Attended my Grandmothers home, quoted £9,000 to change 2m worktop, and 11 door frontals in her kitchen, oh and a new sink!Challenged the cost, went to the “loo” and returned with a reduced price to £7,000! Shocking, just shocking!The business doesn’t provide TP evidence of the appointment to keep bringing down my review but, it won’t stop me so I suggest you leave this one on… as****when your manager called me and told me “these things happen” I’m sure I’m a customer. You then asked to send someone out which we rejected, so please don’t act like you don’t know who we are, extremely annoying ****

Avoid. Avoid. Please do not let Kitchens plus into your home. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. 4 months on and our £20,000 kitchen is yet to be completed. 3-4 re-visits for every job. Floor leveling not included with price so left with a lump and still haven’t ordered enough flooring for a medium sized kitchen! Plastering sub-standard 5 re-visits. Tried to get another £500 for a repair they hadn’t noticed. Offered lower price for good review. Constantly hassled by finance company, even though it’s not finished. No one cares, least not the ‘co-ordinaries’ Natalie and Caitlin in the office. No people skills. Contractors turn up unannounced and moan about company. Managers lie about what was discussed. Just don’t bother! Go somewhere else, anywhere else. Promised a bespoke kitchen. Not much different to our 15 year old b and q kitchen.

Terrible company! Have had multiple leaks because of them and they refuse to do anything to help. Just said they can if we pay more money.. lots of customers have said the same has happened with them. Also customer service is just as bad and very rude.

Called to ask about a kitchen and bathroom installation. After discussing both with two representatives we were pressured into committing without being given details of the designs and quote, saying we couldn’t sign up but would like some time to think about their proposals. Tried calling them numerous times to ask them to email over a quote and still haven’t been sent a quote for the works we discussed, the last call being treated very dismissively and rudely.

I would give a 0 if I could. I have had nothing but trouble from this company. I ordered a kitchen at the back end of 2022 and cancelled it due to the cost of living increasing. I was then harassed with all sorts of offers to get me to buy another kitchen and then I was offered the kitchen for £6000 less but I would have to pay the fitters cash. At the time I had no idea that they were evading tax to get me to buy a kitchen but I've learnt my lesson. Fast forward to the kitchen being fitted by tradesmen provided by kitchens plus. There were issues with them not turning up when they said they would. Now nearly 7 months later I have an unfinished kitchen because the electrician didn't fancy coming back. I have noticed many gaps, parts missing, not being sealed properly and the wood has split at the bottom of the unit. The kitchen fitter, Paul, keeps making appointments and not showing up to fix the problems. I have called kitchens plus many times and they are not interested. However they do like to call me once a month to ask if I would like my bathroom doing next.....absolutely not. be very careful what you're signing up for with these and don't let them bully you into buying a kitchen.

Very disheartened by Kitchens Plus, we were promised excellent standards due to the price we were paying for our kitchen to be renovated. Instead we have been left with what seems like unfinished, and bog standard. Still awaiting a response from the complaints team, and our kitchen was supposed to be “finished” before Christmas. Although it’s usable it is definitely not to the standard that was described to us by the initial designer.
