Avoid National Tyres / Halfords at all costs, if you have issues with tyres bought from them they van never see you or have time to fit you in, lousy service all round, avood like the plague

Only been once for a free tyre check. One tyre needed repairing which cost £25. When the car was returned to me the mechanic told me he noticed a knocking sound coming from the car (which my partner had noticed before) and said to book it in for a free suspension check.The staff were lovely and made sure to explain everything to us.

Booked in for 4 new tyres fitting and was advised to arrive by 9am, this i did explaining I had a dentist appointment an hour later, Del and his team got straight on with it and I was away in 40 minutes, amazing service, best price, a big organisation that still offers that family business touch.Called back the following day to have my tracking checked, and again no trouble, no fuss just sorted and away.Takes the stress out of motoring ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My friend took his car in for a health check, we came back and they quoted him with about £850 worth of fixes that needed doing then he took it to his dealership garage to get things fixed but they called him back saying the car was fine with nothing to be fix.

Absolutely 5 star treatment from start to finish.Del on the front desk looked after the whole process and was fantastic. He gave an estimate of the time when the work would be completed and said he would call me when the car was ready to collect.His timings were spot on and the call was received as promised.Great service all round.These lads have yet again shown that good old-fashioned, quality customer service can be delivered on time and with a smile.Thanks to you all again!
