Ordered a cover for my Jeep Wrangler which has had a few modifications making it rather awkward! They offered me excellent advice and even created a tailor made cover to fit my vehicle perfectly! Excellent customer service throughout and a quick delivery.

I bought a 'eclipse' cover for my car after reading good reviews.. to be honest I'm disappointed. I've had for just under 1 year and the stitching around the pockets for wing mirrors and under straps have all come loose and there is now a large hole where the wing mirror pocket is. Also whenever I have taken off the cover the car is very wet and the cover seems to have done nothing but trap moisture under it. I have just purchased a Halfords all weather cover for less than half the price of the eclipse and it is twice as good! Not fitted but feels and looks much better, wish I had bought this first of all

Received Eclipse outdoor cover for my Mercedes SLK this morning. Quality and custom fit on the car is excellent. If it performs as good as it looks I feel confident it will protect the car through the winter months.

You don't truly know when customer service is good until you need to amend or cancel an order, unfortunately Concours Auto have failed at the first hurdle.I originally ordered a car cover after having the vehicle detailed for the first time, chatting to the detailer about it he said it was a bad idea due to where I keep the car at night on a grit surface, if the wind got up it could blow grit under the cover and cause some scratches. Fair enough, I didn't think of that so I rejected the delivery and emailed Concours for a refund stating the above as the reason.A month later I've chased and still nothing, no-reply, no call backs, no acknowledgement of the returned item and definitely no refund.I'm now having to claim the money back under the consumer credit act, avoid this company.

Purchased a premium cover recently for a ‘95 Celica which didn't fit correctly and was too tight. Advised these guys who had no issues with a custom replacement being done for me and shipped back out which now fits great. Good customer service and response, problem sorted.
