We booked a limo for our friends wedding, what a fab experience. The driver was very polite and friendly, arrived early, waited for us to get organised and drove us to and from the reception too. We all had a great time and I would highly receommend, and if we ever need a limo again these guys will be my 1st choice.Thanks for such a good service

brilliant service start to finish from making the original booking to the limo dropping us off at the destination in style, after shopping around these guys were by far the cheapest, the driver was very professional, the car was spot on, these guys made my experience unbelievable, will defiantly be using these guys again for future bookings

To add insult to injury, the TV was dysfunctional, the champagne glasses turned out to be tacky plastic cups, and the divider screen was non-operational, robbing us of the privacy we expected.What's even more disappointing is the abysmal customer service we encountered. Once they had our money, Platinium Limo Hire showed a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance and express our dissatisfaction, (2 emails sent) we were met with utter silence. No response, no apology, no acknowledgment of the ruin they had caused on our special day.Paying the full amount for this subpar service was a bitter pill to swallow. I strongly advise anyone considering Platinium Limo Hire for their special occasions to think twice. There are plenty of other reputable options out there that not only provide a quality experience but also understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Save yourself the stress and disappointment – steer clear of THIS COMPANY 100% do NOT recommend, once they have your money don't expect a response!
