Kings Head
Great local village pub. Staff and locals made me very welcome and were extremely friendly. Only had drinks so can't comment on food but it's a Marsden pub so it's usually good. Visited again Oct 23. Still great pub. Very atmospheric. Busy but no wait at the bar. Mix grill very good but steak bit chewy. Otherwise a great evening out. Very friendly staff and locals.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the lovely staff today for making my mums birthday special. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very attentive and lovely. The girl who served us was so good with mum and made it lovely for her. Thank you to you and the guy who sang for her while you brought the cake out and playing happy birthday too. Food was really nice too, will definitely be back .

We had lunch today which was excellentWell cooked plenty and delicious. Service was superb we had dog with us who was given a bowl of water loved the jar of dog treats on bar. Very attentive and friendly service wish we had asked young ladys name. Will definitely be back .

Friendly attentive staff, had a good chat with Darren. Food and drinks were good prices, and the steak on my mixed grill was cooked perfectly.Wish I lived local as I would be here alot more often, will definitely recommend to friends when they visit the area. And I will be returning ☺️

Lovely welcome from Josh and Darren. Nothing too much trouble. Very relaxing. Lunch was excellent, portion size right, but couldn’t manage a pudding. Menu standard pub grub with a few extras. Quick service and we felt all freshly prepared. Excellent value. Blue light members welcome. Free parking behind the pub, just register your number. (Thanks Darren for doing ours.)

Had the festive menu last week which was great value for money. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.
