Malcolm Smith Power Cleaning

Have bought products from Malcolm for over 6 years and first jet wash still works faultlessly. Ordered a new pressure wash that I needed in a hurry -he managed to get delivery from 10 days down to 3 days! Can't praise him enough.

So helpful! Didn't know the exact part that I wanted and they helped me in the correct direction, on top of that the parts are well priced. You won't find a more helpful company, a lady called Christine ( I can only assume her last name is jetwash as she know so much about them) was a delight to talk to on the phone. Twice now I have used them. If they have not got what you need for your jetwashing needs I'll be very surprised!

I ordered the wrong part by mistake and phoned their office to speak to an advisor to advise me on choosing the right part and to not make the same mistake again. When the phone was answered i explained that the wrong part was ordered and gave my order number. I gave my order number to the lady on the other end of the phone which seemed agitated and she replied what did i order?. Do you have a ordered number?. I explained that i had just literally given it to her and she replied NO you didnt. I replied can you please help me with my order?. The attitude of their customer service STINKS!. Never have i been spoken to so badly over the phone whilst placing a new order and never have i been made to feel so stupid whilst placing a order. There are a lot of fitting and connectors on their website and if your not sure what you may need the best thing to do is ask. At malcolm Smith they seem to think that everybody knows what the names and sizes of the connectors and fittings are. I spoke to himself and his wife and both spoke to me like dirt and explained that their website is simple. NO customer service at all!, I I I will never use their website again. Its a shame because they have such a great website but if you call them for some help and advice. Be prepared. I explained that i would like a refund and the phone was hung up on me.

Wow. The people who sold me the machine originally said that part I needed is up to three months as on back order..... oh no, do a bit of digging on the web and find these guys, order Thursday Lunch and it arrives in London at 09:30 next day. Beat that!!! Best price I could find as well. Defo be back for more. Thanks guys you got me up and running super quick. Hope you have a good BH weekend.

I needed some parts in a rush as another company had let us down, I called on a Tuesday afternoon and had the correct parts sent overnight and I was back to work Wednesday morning, I am not sure who the lady was I spoke to but the only way she could have been more helpful is if she came and fitted the bits herself.

Customer Service is non-existent. Ordered a part 3 weeks ago, hasn't arrived. First sent email asking kindly if they could chase the courier or provide details and I would chase them because I paid £6.75 for shipping which should have been tracked. No Response.Gave benefit of the doubt and waited another week. Still no response and still no item in post.Emailed customer services again, being polite asking for courier details and proof of postage, still no response another week later.The order was only for £11. At this point they can keep it and invest in better customer services!
