I honestly don't know where to start summing up my Waxflower experience. I don't even want to admit that it's over! From looking for my dress at the start to the final fittings, the whole thing was utterly joyful. Kathy you are one of the kindest, warmest, loveliest, most stylish humans ever. If you're looking for something a little bit special, Waxflower is the place - I cannot recommend enough! I would 100% book an appointment just to hang out with Kathy! Thank you thank you thank you for making it all so special. My dress is perfection!

I cannot recommend Waxflower Bridal enough. Firstly, they stock some of the most beautiful dresses and bridal accessories, but that’s not the best part… Kathy (the owner of the boutique) was undoubtedly the best part of my wedding dress shopping experience. She is so lovely, genuinely just wants you to feel amazing and is great to chat to. For someone who was slightly dreading the experience, I can honestly say that she made it so easy, made me feel so comfortable and never rushed me into making a decision. Even when I had some wedding dress regret during the period from choosing the dress to it arriving in the shop, she was very calm and never made me to feel like I didn’t have options. She was right in the end though, the dress I ordered originally was definitely the right dress and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. A massive thanks to Kathy for everything, she turned out to be a great friend and I’ll miss her dearly xx

What can I say about Kathy and Waxflower bridal? From the moment I stepped in to the shop, Kathy has been so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and just wonderful! From the minute I met Kathy I instantly felt like I had known her for years and made me comfortable. I am not very body confident so I was very nervous to try on dresses and have them not fit but Kathy had a way to make sure I knew exactly how they would look if they didn’t and the whole experience was just really enjoyable.I came across her shop when researching a certain designer she stocked, her shop and dresses could not have been more me. Kathy honestly felt like a friend at every stage, from finding to finally wearing my wedding dress. When we first visited Waxflower last July, Kathy was so knowledgeable, calm and friendly. I had been to several larger bridal boutiques prior to Waxflower and the employees applied more pressure, the shops were busy and I simply felt like a cog in a corporate machine. Waxflower is the opposite: Kathy makes you feel so special and she remembers the smallest of details about you and your dream dress. I chose a Suzanne Neville Eternity dress and veil and simply fell in love with them. Kathy has a beautiful collection which I can only describe as the the crème de la crème of wedding dresses, veils and bridal accessories. I had several visits to Waxflower in the months leading up to the wedding, ensuring that the dress fitted perfectly and Kathy made sure that my maid of honour knew how to do it up. I am only sad that I won’t get to have this experience again, or see Kathy, but I will recommend Waxflower to every bride-to-be! Thank you so much, Hannah x
