Tech Repairs Epsom

Having worked in the customer service industry, I had a experience of customer delight by Tech repairs team. My iPhone XR had a broken screen and I went there to fix it after watching google reviews. My phone was fixed in 30 minutes and it was a excellent value for money. Thank you.

Had my ipad pro gen 2 for a week, as it couldn't take a chargeThey couldn't fix it, and now it is worse than ever, now the lightning cable doesn't fit properly (pops out!) and it doesn't even show cable icon when I try to turn it on. Wish I hadn't gone to them

After reading the reviews I took in an iPhone 5 for a new battery and screen.My son was entering Year 7 and this was going to be his first phone.The phone was repaired and all fine at a cost of £40. My son took it to school and the new battery died before the end of the school day, without any phone usage during the day.I took the phone back and they replaced the battery (after making me await 1.5hrs), however the same thing happened again.I took it back for the 3rd time, and was advised by the assistant that his brother was in Turkey and would need to contact him regarding the issue". I had to come back again after 30mins.Upon my return he agreed to reluctantly refund my money however he said he would remove the new screen and battery before returning the handset.Poor communication from the outset and caused my son stress as he was unable to contact us after finishing school.To top it off

Contacted the shop to have the screen of my phone replaced, which was done in about 2hrs. No questions asked about a follow up problem which they solved without extra costs.Very helpful staff who deliver quality work for a fair price, can recommend!

Google doesn’t let me post a second review haha- just returned from another 5 star visit, took my friend who travelled all the way from clapham as I told her these guys wouldn’t let her down. They sorted her screen in a jiff, and a new protector and case. Honestly these guys are the best in the area - very reasonable, efficient and high quality work - you won’t be disappointed.Easily the best phone repair shop in the area. Very quick and efficient, as well as reasonable. Dropped phone in water, was ok and then started flickering. Took it in and they dried it and put a new screen on, good as new. Highly recommend these guys!
