Initially delighted with the service and work done but some 12 weeks down the line the screen fitted by Bristol iPhone Repair became completely detached from the phone. Felt disgruntled but this was as a result of mails not getting through. Since this has been resolved, we have been really pleased with approach and service. Thank you

I was so happy with the service and end product initially. I had cracked my screen and it was replaced at home by this company. But 8 months later it was like the cover had become unglued from the screen through no misuse on my part. I took it to a phone shop and they were v surprised by it as it just looked like a bad job. I emailed this company asking for a review of my lifetime warranty but got no reply. I bought a new phone in the end and couldn't even trade in my old phone as it has no touch screen capability. Great on first impression but bad long term solution. Avoid.

I was slightly suspicious of so many positive reviews, but pleased to report back to the citizens of the internet world that this is a genuinely great company. My 5s stopped charging recently, was considering upgrading to the 6s, but thought I'd try to fix it first - googled these guys this morning, booked a 10am appointment at home, Tom came out on time and replaced the charging unit for £35 in about 10 minutes. Extremely slick, will definitely be using again if anything goes wrong.

My phone needed a new charging port. Mike at Bristol iPhone Repair told me my iPhone was basically unrepairable via text without even looking at it. In the end I did what I should have done in the first place & sent it back to Apple. They fixed it and they also replaced the battery without even charging me for it. They undercut on price too. So much for independent repair centre's savings us from the global-corporations. Unimpressed.
