First time at this practice and extremely impressed with the whole experience. The reception staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, and my dentist Rebecca was really informative and professional. The treatment I received was first class and this, coupled with the friendly, clean and relaxed environment, all contributed to an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend...10/10.

Recently joined this practice and very impressed!As a nervous patient i was immediately made to feel welcome, The practice is busy (surely a good sign!) so was glad to see the waiting area was modern & clean.I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease by both the dentist and the nursing team.

First time visiting the practice for a checkup! Lovely, friendly group of staff made the experience so much easier. Seen by Donal and left with lovely clean teeth. The nursing staff were excellent at keeping all patients and staff safe with appropriate covid measures. Would highly recommend.

Had 2 fillings last year payed over 300 pound . Fillings fell off in the first 3 days and 2 times in the 3 weeks . Eventually 2/3 months after first filling I get them sorted . And same filling fell out again and they can give me another appointment till august . No one care about the quality. I wasn’t even NHS I was paying money is it no guarantee on this as I would say it’s expensive fillings if I need to fix them every year . Should this not last longer ?

My son had his first dentist appointment here, hes very timid and was scared coming in. The receptionists went out of their way to make the experience fun for him even with the current restrictions in place. James was wonderful with him and he even came home with two stickers, one from the dentist and one from his new friends - the reception staff. Wonderful experience thank you so much.

How is it possible that there are no appointments available for children?The site is supposedly complete.The receptionist suggested I go to other dentists when I told her that we had been to many dentists recently and that my daughter had a bad experience.I pay with my taxes for this public service to receive bad treatment.This is silent racism.

I have had a dentist for over 20 years but he had to retire and I was a bit apprehensive about getting a new dentist from BUPA but I shouldn't have been as she was excellent and put me at ease right away and very thorough but also very pleasant. I also have been with BUPA's hygenist and she also was superb. I can't recommend BUPA highly enough
