Hiking the Great Glen and needed to do some wash. Although a bit expensive-£7 for large washer and £6 for 45 mins of dryer everything worked very nicely. A guy working there even offered us instructions with the machines and gave us laundry soap. Was very pleased with the experience.

The dryers are useless, a polyester throw in the dryer took 20 mins on the highest heat and still came out damp... the highest heat setting on both dryers were around room temperature, would take about £20 to dry a full wash I’d imagine.

Absolute rort. Ridiculous prices, £6 for a wash and there’s no vending machine for washing powder or anything else. £3 for a dryer that doesn’t work. Honestly, you’d be better off washing your gear in Loch Ness. It’d be cleaner and wouldn’t cost a fortune.

At 6 pounds it was expensive, they just increased price to 7 pounds for washing close and 4 pounds to dry.

Pricing is high for a regular wash at £6 but seemed to work. The dryer was very poor and quite expensive.30 minutes at the highest heat left everything humid and smelly, and 10 minutes in the dryer is £1.I guess it's less irritating than going to Inverness for all your laundry if you're staying by the Loch... But if you want things to dry in a reasonable time I'd suggest finding something else. Next time I'll just drive to Inverness, stay at a place with a proper laundry, or bring more clothes to begin with.

Really not the best laundry!! You will find it tucked behind the hostel and are able to park in the car park there. The machines only takes cash. Tje coop kindly changed £10 note for us. There are no instructions for the machines but they are quite straightforward to use. The tumble drier doesn't dry! We even cleaned out the filters, but still no good. Not a happy customer.

Fair dues ,everything washed well and the tumble dryer was absolutely brilliant..you do need too check its on your appropriate heat though ..some may say its a bit steep on the price but beggars can't be choosers..i certainly can't fault it ...
