I recently spotted a car and decided to purchase it after a test drive. Throughout the process, Keely provided exceptional customer service by quickly answering any questions I had, which was helpful considering it was my first car purchase. Keely made the purchase, delivery and handover process quick and easy. Hattie also helped me during the process and was very kind. We used Minster car co when we seen a good deal for our next car.Dealt with Jordan and Hattie who were efficient and came back to any queries I had promptly.There were a few issues with the car (unbeknowning to Minster) that specifically had to be sorted by Tesla. Minster liased with Tesla directly to get these fixed.I’d definitely recommend to friends and family or anyone looking for their next vehicle.
