I bought an Audi A3 from The Car Co, so far so good with regards to the car. I dealt with Mark, who was very patient with me throughout, always available when I wanted to call to ask things, even went out his way to speak to me late one evening when he wasn’t even at work, due to me trying to understand a few thing. I can recommend Mark to deal with a sale.

The Car Co made my purchase very smooth, I love my new car and the service and repairs team were fantastic at sorting a few niggles and preparing the car. The whole service team looked after the car really well and were helpful throughout. I’ll use the service team to look after the car in the future. Very impressed, I’ve only used BMW main dealers for years and the service at the car co was better than I’m used to.

Good experience buying from Kes at the Car Co. Bought a lovely 2021 Tesla and contact/purchase experience was good. I was happy overall with the part exchange and purchase price of the car and it was in very good condition. Didn't really try to knock me down on my car (which was in excellent condition also) as some companies do. The only issue I had was that their insurance which was supposed to cover me for 5 days to drive it home until mine was sorted wasn't available - possibly due to it being a fully electric car, so I had to go back another day once I had got my insurance sorted. Wasn't really their fault - the insurance companies need to catch up - and they did stay open later in the evening for me to complete the purchase. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Had the pleasure of being Marks first sale today and my first purchase in a car dealership.Mark was helpful, really approachable and helped me after purchase with a minor (resistor in my air fans fault) issue that he immediately booked me in for a repair under the warranty he recommended with my purchase.Would definitely buy from the car Co again, and absolutely in love with my new car which was a cracking deal.

Do not trust this dealer, specially Muj. I paid £500 deposit for a car. I traveled from Luton to Bury means two and a half hours from my location to their location to conclude the agreement and found out that at the same time someone wanted the same car, and because they arrived before me, they took it. in conclusion five hours and approximately £180 for transport wasted for nothing. Don't waste your time on these types of people.Update to your response:What does it mean to you when you say that you kept the car for me for a period of time. You are liars. I presented my interest in this car on Friday, the day I completed everything for finance DIRECTLY THROUGH YOU! I came to see and take the car on Saturday. The other customer paid the deposit Wednesday, so two days before me and you still took the deposit from me on FRIDAY! So you are just LIARS
