What disgraceful service.They delivered to my office address which was my error. I then called when my food didn't arrive and was told it had been left outside.I drove to my office only to then be told 'our driver took it home'.I was promised a replacement meal and called tonight to arrange this and this has now been denied.Owner offered me 20% which i can get from the website anyway have since reported to my credit card company to recover the money.I will never order from this restaurant again.To clarify from my previous post Just Eat only gave a refund after I contacted one of the CEO's before that they had previously said no refund.I will continue to use Just Eat after all they could see the potential in the orders I place but would not use Tuk Tuk,I will say they do have one member of staff that should get a Bonus he was extremely understanding unlike the Manager..

Wow where do I start??Visiting a few old school friends, decided a to order some takeaway. Come across this little hidden gem.First and foremost I must credit the staff and management here, we messed up our order a few times but they were patient and delivered with no problems.Everything from starters to desserts were absolutely amazing. Everything was packed with flavours. We had a special request, wanted our Tom yum soup extra spicy, and boy it packed a punch. Just perfect. Panko squid rings and Bangkok fish cakes were my personal favourites along with the requested spicy Tom yum soup. We also ordered a few different curries masaman jumbo prawns stood out for me. I ordered a banana katsu with salted caramel ice cream for dessert. Wow this blew me away!I was sceptical about ordering a bubble tea from here, as I normally only have it from certain shops. Again they come up trumps, it was perfect.Overall I would highly recommend TukTuk to anyone from Sandhurst or surrounding areas, I think the delivery radius is up to 5 miles or more.Well done chaps!

Ordered through Just Eat. The chicken chow mein was tasteless, noodles overcooked, chicken was dry and no flavour. Chicken wings were smothered in a sauce, cheap small wings barely any meat. Sauce was jelatinous and made the wings soggy, no positives there either. Not worth the huge price they charge. Took a couple of bites of each and the rest went in the bin. Will not be ordering again. I want my money back.

Ordered with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. At 45 minutes the order was updated as ‘our for devlivery’. Another 45 minutes went by (now 1 and a half hours) and the order is still out for delivery. We called the restaurant and were told it would be longer because of driver availability. We asked for a refund (as the food would have been cold and we were starving) and then apparently the ‘signal was breaking up’ (it wasn’t at all). This went on for 5 minutes or so (the line never broke off) and eventually they agreed to cancel the order.We can’t comment on the food quality but the customer service was not good, so we won’t be ordering from here again.

Hugely disappointed with the Masaman curry. The spring lamb had the texture of leather as it was badly overcooked. The sauce was nice but the main ingredient was ruined. Won't be going back.

Fantastic Takeaway last night. We ordered the curry & sweet chicken with rice. Highly recommend this place. It’s quite difficult to find, it’s tucked away just next to all the ambulances so when you arrive turn left towards the ambulances.They were very helpful on the phone too help me find them! Highly recommended

Once you start ordering here, you won't be able to go anywhere else. The quality of the food is top, the staff very polite, but the prices could be better.
