Their recommended fitter BTW flooring took a week to get in touch, booked us in and never turned up and they've not returned my calls or messages since. Very unprofessional. I would recommend finding a company that employs it's own fitters so you don't suffer the same problems we have. Can't comment on the flooring as it's all still stacked up in the hall. We still looking for a fitter!

Went to the store and was told they didn’t have the flooring I wanted. I checked online and they had it. He refused to order it to store. Then when I needed beading, again, told ‘no’. That’s it. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional

Ordered a large quantity of KronoSwiss flooring from The Wooden Floor Store, Stanley Green, in the sale in March 2020... then lockdown came and my building work stopped. The store kept my flooring free of charge until i was ready. Great price and excellent service from the sales staff.A1 recommendation

Amazing selection of flooring. Very helpful and knowledgeable on the different types of flooring. Great pricing and customer service. Already bought 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms flooring from them. Back for more next week for the rest of the house renovation. Thank you again!

The Liverpudlian Sales guy here is the worst. Found the floor we wanted and he told us they didn’t have it. Turns out they did and we bought it online from their store. Annoying as had to go through the faff of measuring etc. Then went back today to get beading and the same thing - the Sales guy was so unhelpful when they clearly had beading so we ended up walking out. Shame as the flooring selection is great but wouldn’t recommend as it’s almost impossible to buy something!!
