We had our stove fitted on 24th September 2023. Cannot fault the service. Communication with the team was great! We had a quotation and was such good value for money as they took away our old gas fireplace and surround. The lads who came to fit everything were extremely competent. They arrived about 9am and the whole thing was completed by 2pm! Very clean, tidied up and showed us how it worked. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will also be looking to get a smaller stove in the dining room with them in the future.

Just had a Clock Multi Fuel stove installed by Fires and Stoves Chester. Totally seamless process from start to finish. Showroom was excellent as were the staff. Fitters turned up today at 8am. Extremely polite and knowledgeable, couldn’t have been more helpful. Made up with the service provided. Would highly recommend. Many Thanks

Had my stove fitted yesterday and the whole process start to finish was a pleasure. No hassle from the sales department, my options were clearly explained and everyone was extremely helpful. Glen and Charlie who fitted the stove were super efficient and friendly and made sure it was possible to hang our own beam on the wall which meant a lot to us. Also very tidy and made sure I was happy with how it operated before they left. Can’t recommend these guys enough if you’re looking for a fireplace upgrade!
