Bupa Dental Care Canton

Can't get an appointment, told to call back 8am for same day appointment, when called I was told no appointments available for 2 weeks, NHS patients treated as second class citizen

They called me and said there was a cancellation. I was work and I’ve asked my wife to pick up my son and go there quickly. She took my son and his 2 daughters from school nearly 30 minutes before the time finish. She came to the dentist 2:48pm. The appointment was 2:40pm. The reception said you are late 40 minutes we already called someone and had this cancellation. When I normally come to my appointment, I wait more the 20 minutes although I come on time.This is unfair and I will share my experience in social media as well. So everyone know how Bupa deal with their patients.

I visited Bupa Dental care today for emergency dental care. Oana, Paige and the reception team were amazing. Very welcoming and very supportive and now I have no pain and I can't quite believe it. I feel like the luckiest person today. Thank you all so much. You guys are the best.

Staff are friendly. But twice I have had appointments changed/ rescheduled, I think this is not professional as new appt time was months later.

I am a nervous patient but everyone at BUPA puts you at ease

I was referred by my dentist at Bupa Dental Care in Pentwyn to BDC in Canton for orthodontic treatment. I was given a free consultation with Dr. Ines and Paige, who were absolutely lovely, warm and calming from the start. Everything was explained clearly to me, and they were very patient with me as I suffer from anxiety disorders and really bad gag reflexes. I am autistic, as well, and they have been extremely helpful and patient. I have just had my braces fitted and nothing has been too much for Ines and Paige. I had to go back today to have a bit of the wire trimmed due to rubbing on my inner cheeks. I was fitted in immediately this morning and I am feeling a lot more comfortable now. Dr Ines has provided me with advice for cleaning and maintaining my braces, as well as reassuring me that I can email her at any time if I have any concerns or problems. I also was given a lot of freebies like toothpastes, a water bottle and a shopping trolley token. If you're looking for a really caring orthodontists, I couldn't recommend Dr. Ines and Paige enough. I am so pleased so far with my treatment and decision to go ahead with my orthodontics treatment with Ines and Paige, as they have put me at ease throughout the entire process so far. The receptionists are also incredibly kind and helpful as well.
