The best around! Brendan, Sarah and the team are amazing to work with and put a lot of time and effort into the sessions for all levels from first timers to Competitive fighters, highly recommend.

This is a great place to train!!! I do train to lose weight and not to fight people :) I lost 10 kg already... If I go gym I am lazy, in this boxing gym they push me....
