The test of a good company is not how well they handle their daily business but how they overcome problems when they arrive.My company had an ongoing issue with an extraction fan fitted by BW. The company honoured their obligations and provided support LONG after it was fitted.After several visits and back and a couple of replacement broken or faulty fans it turned out that the supplier to BW Fabrications had under spec'd the fan required which is not their fault.A few potential fixes were offered or a full refund. In the end it was more economical to receive a refund and because of this customer service it is definitely a company I would return to and recommend to others.They honoured their obligations and did the right thingThank you
