Put an order in on Sunday 23rd April 23 and email received advising Delivery on 26th which came and went,called Office advised it was on it's way lie number one,emailed office in relation to failed delivery another lie saying it would happen between 11.30am & 2pm again no show,wife phoned and advised it was now happening between 2pm & 4pm said the salesperson Jim was abrupt and cheeky so won't hold my breath.I have also sent several emails to Head Office which appear to have been ignored totally unprofessional and unreliable Company.

3/5" not really as a review just aimed at neutrality. I had 6 huge JW Grant badged bags delivered last week and thought shame if they go to landfill. Called JW Grant but they don't take them back. Imagine they must cost a couple quid or so - and embedded carbon - each to produce
