Caerphilly Miners Centre for the Community
I take my aging mother in law here every other Monday for a craft and chatter 2 hour session which helps her get out associate with the local community. Highly recommended.

The miners is such a warm and welcoming place. The staff go above and beyond for all visitors and could not be more friendly. They have an amazing range of activities for all ages and offer so much support to anyone in need. I volunteered for them and it was an amazing experience getting to work with an incredible all female team. If you’re ever in Caerphilly it’s definitely worth a trip to see the beautiful building and chat to the kind and wonderful staff.

I was born in the Miners and have a huge sense of pride in the achievement that it represents. I have attended reiki sessions and was delighted by the service and the fact that a positive and supportive use has been made of the building. I have also attended a couple of events with my youngest child

Caerphilly Miners Centre for the Community
I took my elderly mother to the center today to attend the volunteers knitting charity event, everybody was so very welcoming and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, they also supplied free refreshments and made the volunteers feel so appreciated which I should imagine was a lovely feeling for them to see their work has been appreciated greatly, absolutely lovely staff.

Was wonderful to learn a bit of history about this place that used to be a hospital. Photos displayed indoors of how the building has changed. Pics of nurses in their uniforms years ago.The garden was lovely. Signs in English and Welsh to describe the area. Would like to go again
