Great helpful service , very tolerant to listen to our needs

Walked in and asked for a new PAYG sim.Was told they don’t sell any, eventhough the online team told me they did.Very unhelpful, not apologetic after I’d explained my situation of not being able to call anyone for 5 days whilst porting my number from O2.Terrible store. Gang like mentality with the 3 in the store doing nothing - no wonder they have no customers in there in the middle of the day on the rush up to Christmas.Shocking, avoid.

Steve was brilliant, in the shop in Bognor. HOWEVER Trying to ring and/or go into their systems was a nightmare AND in spite of both of us being told that an extra charge to me would be removed, IT WASN'T. will be moving away from EE earliest opportunity. The stars were for him and his efforts NOT FOR EE

Went to my local EE shop at Bognor Regis today to look into maybe upgrading my phone I was impressed with the customer service from knowledgeable staff member Ben . he sat me down and explained all my options to me to help me make a decision.

Dissapoitned, I walked in didn't had chance to look properly at the phones without being instantly intimidated by the stuff, in a rude manner, basically been told if you dont want to join us dont look at our phones. Weird way to talk to potential clients, put me off

I've been going here for years and all the staff are absolutely lovely, they are all always ready to help. All the staff are really clear in explaining all the details of different phone models; the pros & cons of each phone/make/model and helping people make the right choice for them

Very poor service. If you want your job get done go to EE Chichester.

The staff are very helpful and patient. Shout out to Steve, who helped me with an issue, very good service and care.I've been with EE for years, and in my opinion, the best network by far.

Really helpful member of staff when I went in on a rainy Sunday to cancel my contract with my two kids. Can't remember his name unfortunately but had a fabulous plait down the middle of his hair. Didn't make me feel bad for leaving and helped me out a lot!

Member of staff who helped me with change of Sim card was very helpful and polite.
