I must of gone to the wrong place or it's just staff giving a good review! No staff! Hardly any plans what so ever! Traveled from Weston! When I did find someone they looked at me as i was asking a million pound question! Think I can see why they moved!

Experienced on aquarium and pond supplies. This isn't Pet Smart. These guys know there stuff. Best place to buy and learn about aquarium

Great selection. Minimal staff and only seem to have 1 member of staff in the know about the livestock they sell. So more than one customer with a query results in long waiting times.

Great service from this company. Been useing jnk for over 4 years now very professional and provide a great service. The staff are always happy to help and nothing is to much for them. Great front of house team credit to the staff. Accounts team of Donna and Rory very friendly and always sort out any issues ive had. Not that ive had many!! Thier live fish wholesale side is one of the best in the uk. Linda who deals with the paperwork side is one of the bubblist person i have dealt with in years. Always a joy to speak to a huge crefit to the company!!! With delivery wise john has to be mentioned. He keeps me updated when he will be at my site. Helps me unload the delivery into my shop. What else can you ask for?All in all great company to deal with, great staff and great products. Highly recomend!!!

Was recommended this place by a friend and was not disappointed. Setting up a marine aquarium and they could not have been more helpful. Good healthy looking, reasonably priced stock.

Lovely shop. Helpful staff but dont give you the 3rd degree for each fish you buy. We've been before and make the trip especially. Used to have more tanks available for wider range of fish so not 5 stars

I popped in after ringing multiple times with no success to not even be greeted by the unenthusiastic employees, whom avoid customers like the plague and appear to have no interest in being there. This was a very disappointing experience considering the length of time this company has existed in the local area. I think I shall take my business elsewhere in future or just simply online.

Tried tinset up account for my business waisted 20 mins of my time talking rubbish. To then be told I can't have a account because I'm not trading yet but I need a account to source prices for business plan thankyou so much for waisting my time and making starting a business more stressful would not recommend to anyone who's trying to start up a business in aquatics very disappointed.. only the staff here give 5* reviews lol
