Don't even want to give 1 star we used to order all time went today and because thought we was drunk over charged us and when I asked how much cheeseburger was he kicked of with me very rude. I asked for salad on my wraps because I'm on a diet no salad and chicken very salty will never go back I'm fuming

Absolute shambles, order came earlier than expected not a problem but had an item missing from the order rang them they apologised and said they would get the burger out ASAP, waited over half hour for the burger to arrive for it only to be wrong. I had ordered Mexican burger was ment to have cheese chicken jalapeños and tortilla crisps on it what I got was a beef burger jalapeños and tortilla crisps. So went to the takeaway didn't listen to word of what was said swore and told us to get out safe to say I will not be returning I was very disappointed

Haven't used adeels for long time kept missing items of my order...the quality of the food as gone down hill from what it used to be .. so thought I would give them another try ) ordered chips with my order they were missing wanted a medium hot curry it was mild .. apparently a mild curry is a medium hot ????? So I was told.. total disgrace ... Will never use them again .. i wouldn't mind but I always give them a good tip ...

Food is nice but all ways something missing, spoils it if one person has to eat alone and hour after everyone else. Really need to start checking orders before sending out.

Lucky to be getting one star as I would give less if possible but wanted to write this review. Truly disappointed, I order regularly from adeels but cam safely say after tonight I won't ever order from there again. I live 2mins from this takeaway but I think I the driver had a crash on the way (bu what the food looked like) but he didn't. The food was an utter mess, we ordered pizzas but I looked like the toppings had been chewed up and spat back out on it. Its was disgusting, my children aren't usually fussy eaters but even they wouldn't eat most of it. There was one pizza that was ok standards so my son tried it but unfortunately the chicken piece had a bone in it so due to that all the pizzas got thrown away. Unsure if these or new people who have took over the takeaway or they have just got slack but disappointing is an understatement and I won't ever order from there. I would also add pictures of the food if I had the option but it won't allow me too..... but these pictures will be getting shown to the correct people.

Normally very good service but today we had to argue our point to the person taking the order over the phone. Were down a meal 3 people out of 4 are eating tonight and all the food is cold because the driver was misinformed about the address. Really let down guys honestly. Edited to 1 star from 2 (2 was given in consideration of how they're normally good) but we've spoken to 3 people over the phone and there's a pattern of going round in circles with all 3 of them. Guess were not eating or going here again.

Nice food, but you lot are thief’s how you gunna let people make orders and pay, then cancel the orders on them and then not answer the phone ridiculous. Happy to take money but to cancel my order is bang wrong,

One of the best kormas I have ever tasted, the the naan bread was warm still and perfect. Delivery time was only half an hour and the food came perfectly hot. Great food and delivery service

Absolutely disgusting who puts suger in korma? I asked for korma and pilao rice and what I got was beaf in sweet sauce whose texture was so slimy and rice were stinking. Tried to eat but could not take even a bite I ringed the restaurant that may be they delivered the wrong order but instead I got a lecture on British korma absolutely disgusting. This was anything but korma if you have invented something then name it according to the taste but do not disguise it with something traditional which is expected to be how it sounds. Wasted my money not recommended!
