I was in the Omagh store last week and I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. After asking for assistance, one member of staff in particular was rude and unhelpful. This member of staff more or less threw the box of shoes at me. This experience was extremely disappointing and puts me off shopping here in future.

Slow serviceShop wasn’t busy and very little staff as I waited twenty minutes for a pair of shoes for my son , then was given the wrong pair and not a member of staff to be seen for another 20 minutes to try and get the correct pair , very poor service and we just left without the shoesEvery time I go to sports direct it’s the same kind of issue , always left waiting around , it’s understandable if the shop is very busy ! I’ll not be back in a hurry

Terrible customer service. Left security tag on and didn't apologize when I returned to get it removed. Staff don't care and look depressed

Plenty of mens clothing and shoes/trainers on the ground floor. Didn't go to the 1st floor to know what was on it.
