Could put more meat and salad into the subway I bought for 5 people and wasn't enough meat and salad in em could improve abit better other than that was fine

Woman packing up the sandwiches was extremely rude to all customers I saw her serve, no hellos, now thank yous no pleases or anything at all. Not even any eye contact. Some questions about what could be put on the sandwich which would be met with silence. Also extras on the sandwhich were denied completely? Asked for a bit of sauce and was met with no as a very blunt answer, but it could be given to me in a pot instead?? Makes no sense. Also rude to her co worker in front of customers, who was clearly a new start.

I came in with my partner for some lunch and was served by a lovely young girl named Talia, she was so welcoming and friendly, taught us all the Subway history behind the Italian BMT which was very interesting, made it seem like she was very passionate about it which was lovely to see! She also told me about allllll the cheeses as I wasn’t sure which one to have! Overall she was so lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and we left with huge smiles on our faces! Best Subway experience ever! :))

Went in Sunday morning with my kids just for some snacks (cheesy bites and a cheese sub). The employee (which I forgot to catch the name of) was incredible. Happy to oblige with my silly orders. We left to explore Bangor, and realised my oldest had left their hat and bag in the bathroom when the used it. At this point staff had changed over, but the original employee came out and noticed me saying he'd kept the items safe in the event we came back.This man went above and beyond and I could only show so much gratitude as a father.Man is a legend. Give him a raise or at least some appreciation for one epic dude.

So poor! By the time it arrived sides where cold. Ordered a hash brown and nacho chicken side with dips instead got no dips and two hash brown (I think they were they were completely inedable) other sub looks like it was dragged though a hedge. The only thing that was correct was the pepsi which I was surprised that they got that right! Absolutely avoid! There are several better ones in the area! And I will not ever give this one any trade again!

Absolutely disgusting. I was in the queue waiting to place an order and I heard two women scream infront of me. I looked and there was a mouse running across the food. Absolutely disgusting.

Literally the worst Subway shop in the UK and possibly the world. The woman who owns this shop is ignorant beyond words. She had absolutely NO time for customers, and it appears her attitude towards staff is the same. New staff are horrendously trained, and often appear clueless behind the counter. footlong subs will come without being cut down the centre, service is slow, everything is sloppy. Apart from a very few experiences with a few great individual staff members, I have largely been left frustrated, angered, even appalled by my visits to this branch. Another experience was ordering a home delivery, after waiting over 2 hours, I called the branch to enquire. The woman who owns/runs this branch was nothing short of contemptuous and blamed me. As a lifelong subway fan, it hurts me to turn my back on the local branch of my favourite fast food restaurant. But, my God, what an absolute shambles of a place this is - DO NOT GO

This is a local and well positioned Subway. The quality is consistent and rarely is it to packed. It does not have WiFi which is poor but not a problem as other signals are available.
