Kaybee Doors

Tom gave excellent customer service in the showroom for choosing the doors, extremely knowledgeable. Derrick was recommended for fitting the doors by Kaybee. He did ask excellent job overcoming some technical problems but managed to wave his magic wand just like Harry pottern and he made them and the handles fit beautifully. Excellent!!

Kaybee Doors have a fantastic showroom in Liverpool.The staff members are very helpful and their advice on choosing the right doors for our home made the difference.Gary, one of their recommended door fitters, did a fantastic job.Not only did he fit our doors professionally but he also respected our home environment keeping his work areas clean. A very trust worthy tradesman.I would not hesitate using Kaybee or Gary to fit our doors in the future.Thanks

The quality of the doors is fairly good but the fitter that kaybee doors recommended to me , Gary his name , ruined the doors by the way they were fitted , think he needs to trade as a butcher not a joiner . Totally disappointed with the way doors turned out and cost of having to replace them again properly , sorry I listened to their recommendation of a fitterIn response to your reply which isn't much really , Gary arranged what size doors with kaybee doors was needed so I trusted him because of your recommendation of him as a fitter . If you looked at pictures , there huge gaps at sides as well because of the way hinges are on doors , what would go there to block that as well . All he had to say he xouldnt get doors to fit and i would have gone somewhere else . I did contact Gary to sort the mess out but he didn't have decency to reply . Just a warning to everyone that does buy a door off kaybee doors , not the best company and definitely don't recommend fitters that are capable but they don't really care as long as they sell doors and blame someone else

If you ask me would I buy another door from them? No. Would I suggest them someone? Again no? Rude customer service. As someone finally pay attention in the company I have upgraded my review from one star to three star. At the time I have given an order the guy told me that it will arrive within six weeks. I have called the company after six weeks and they just realized that my door has already arrived. If I hadn't call them I don't know when would they inform me. After I and the company learned that my door has arrived they told me within twenty four hours someone will contact me to installation but no one contacted with me within twenty four hours for installation and I called back them and they told me we will email the guy again and probably after this email someone has contacted with me and came to installation.

So happy with my door and the service at Kaybee doors. The guys who work there helped me every step of the way and even reccomend a joiner for me. I had no idea what I was doing and they helped me so much. The joiner they reccomend also did an excellent job. They told me what fittings I needed and extras to my door and their in house painter painted my door for me. I'm so happy I stumbled accross their shop. Outstanding staff!! Outstanding door!! Outstanding paint job!! Thank you Kaybee you have all been wonderful.

Had to compromise on quality through no fault of my own.Door turned up with ingrained stain hidden behind cardboard in plastic wrapping. Door didn't get fitted for a few weeks so didn't realise until it was being fitted by which time too late to return. Customer services not interested in coming to an agreement. Whilst they offered a tentative discount on future orders I would stay clear.

Very friendly and helpful , quick service and helped us over the phone to sort out payment and getting measured up. Highly recommend. Good luck parking close to the showroom , not their fault though of course.

Today I took a broken door handle into KB Doors, hoping to buy a replacement. Unfortunately the model is discontinued, however one of the decent men said he could repair it using a spare spring for a box of all sizes they keep under the counter. It took him quite some time as he had to completely dismantle the mechanism ,when he was successful he wouldn’t accept payment. So I decided to write this review to thank him and recommend the company.
