Patrick is a skilled locksmith who went above and beyond to fix my jammed lock. He was quick to come out and assess the problem, and he was able to free up the lock without needing to replace it. He also noticed that the bottom hinge was slightly twisted and damaged, and he replaced it at no extra cost. Patrick was friendly, efficient, and helpful, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs locksmith services.

Patrick was very friendly and helpful. He came when he said he would and dealt with problem quietly and efficiently.

Did not bring the right gearbox with him as it is a inrustry standad and shoukd have carried it which cost me £170 pounds later to fix it . Only good thing is he fixed it some other gearbox temporarily as it was his job to fix what ever may the problem be under Home Emergency Cover. I wouldnt Hire him Personally if iTS NOT UNDER Home Emergency Cover

Patrick saved the day for us! The front door lock worked perfectly in the morning and by the afternoon it had failed. We were locked in and nobody could get in after finishing work. What a true professional; he was polite, kind, honest and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the door. He kept me informed along the way so I was fully aware of what he was doing repair wise. It was obvious from the way he worked that he was very experienced in diagnosing exactly what the issue was and what was the best way forward to fix it. Once the repair/replacement lock was completed he explained everything to me and offered some additional security tips. He cleared up after himself and there was no mess left behind. Patrick went up and above his call of duty whilst remaining friendly and polite at all times. I would highly recommend ACE to anybody who requires their services and I will be sharing his details with my friends and neighbours as we all need trustworthy tradespeople that we can turn to in our time of need. Fantastic service! Faulty jammed sliding patio doors released, lock replaced and a clear explanation and advice given. It wasn’t a case of just doing the bare minimum either - Patrick went above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. Past bad experiences mean that I generally have a distrust of tradesmen, but I have found someone I can trust in ACE, and whilst I hope that I won’t need the services of a locksmith again in a hurry, I know exactly who to ask if I do!

A pleasure to deal with both Jacqui in the office and Pat on the job. I’ve called on ACE twice now. Pat is a professional, speedy & tidy worker, and Jacqui kept me updated throughout on arrival time and invoice. I had a set budget for my front door and was surprised they came in lower when compared to other local traders who were quoting in excess of £300-£550 more!
