Grange Park Parade Post Office

If It wasn't for them being open on a weekend I wouldn't be able to pay money into my account due to my bank being useless and won't allow payment on a weekend I don't mind waiting whenever there busy as they're friendly and polite

Just been, shutters are down advertised as open at 6.30am utter nonsense 7.05 still closed

Changed from 5 stars to 1 sadly as it seems lately the people who run this place now care more about the shop and money than they do about customers and post office. I've been here a few times with many items to post and been told to wait to one side whilst others are served first because its the shop side. Now the tills are next to each other and also one queue but clearly they must not get as much for the post office side of the business. Sadly it seems that the post offices that are left are an after thought now, don't get me wrong there are some decent ones left.... Just sadly not many. And it seems now that the staff in here don't have much in the line of customer services anymore. Such as shame as it was a great little post office. Seems the refurbishment they had also meant a difference in staff and the way they act. Basically as if they don't care. Worth the wait to go to either Easterly Road post office or Leeds City Centre. Won't be going back here now I'm afraid. One too many problems.

How anyone can complain about this post office is beyond me. It’s the nicest PO I have EVER been too. Always happy and jolly. Nothing is too much trouble for this couple. So glad I use this post office.

Says on Google that this post office is open from 6am. 8am and the shutters are still down. Opening times need to be revised and advertised at what time it does open.

Family-run post office and store. Lovely helpful people. Sometimes there's a bit of a queue but seldom a big problem. Easy to park outside or round the corner.

Family runned post office. Nice guy always remembers his customers and trying his hardest to make a living in a tough time. Thank you for everything you do bud!

This shop is a really nice, has lovely people who work here, decent place for essential shopping. It even sells hard to find fizzu drinks like Dr Pepper Vanilla Float! There's also a cash point machine outside which is very helpful too.
