A fantastic little bike shop (bigger now they've opened upstairs for more bikes). Asked them to fit my race brake kit which they were happy to help and completed to even my high standards. Going back soon for some new tyres.The shop accomodates all types of bikes for everyones needs, from sit up plodders to full on superbikes, they've always got a great selection.

If you're considering buying a bike from The Bike Sanctuary and are hesitant, let me give you some assurance. I bought my bike unseen and transferred the cash as asked. It goes against everything your head is telling you. Ben's video and description of the bike however were excellent and all their stock looked top notch. As far as possible I checked social media accounts and reviews and all appeared well. As part of the payment process the bank confirmed that The Bike Sanctuary were a cosher company. All my correspondence with Ben before and after this was answered promptly and concisely and I needn't have worried about a thing.I decided to take advantage of the free delivery offer. Ian is a friendly guy and himself a biker as indeed Ben is. Ian sent me a text to confirm an eta and arrived on time. He unloaded the bike and made sure I was happy before he left. The bike arrived meticulously prepared and I am absolutely delighted with it.To summarise Ben made sure the buying experience was a pleasure from start to finish. It's clear that he and his team care how things are done and work hard to achieve that. I don't write many reviews but I felt compelled to pass on my experience in the hope it will help someone. Ben and The Bike Sanctuary deserve every success and to be positively rewarded for all their hard work.

Absolutely amazing team. Took my bike there today to have some new tires fitted and the service was fantastic. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend using them.

UPDATE: we went back and bought TWO 125's one for son and one for husband!My son LOVES this place and I'm a fan too. Well worth the 50 mile round trip. The team are really friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Our recent visit was to browse 125cc bikes and a trainee sales assistant (Hayden) was brilliant. He recommended a bike not in store when we told him what we were looking for...he has that model so let us look as his personal bike. I think there's very little he doesn't know about 125's so chatting to him was invaluable. We plan to return to order a bike on his recommendation as soon as my son can sell his 50cc

New tyres were needed on my bike so booked in for a Saturday and all's good.Friendly staff and nice environment to visit if having some work done.Waiting area is comfortable and clean with coffee etc available.

I'm in Norfolk....Bought my new (To me) 2016 KTM Duke 200 from Stephen....Downsizing from a Triumph Sprint ST, for health reasons....Stephen was professional and pleasant and the deal was done quickly and smoothly on the phone/online.The bike was delivered quickly, by Stephen, at EXACTLY the quoted time, and is in totally perfect condition....It really is beautiful!We rode our first seventy miles yesterday, and the bike rides every bit as well as it looks.... I'm overjoyed with it!Would recommend The Bike Sanctuary, if you want a pleasant, no-hassle deal, on a quality bike....Definitely.

Absolutely cracking!! The team at TBS are great!! They spend time talking over the bikes and what would suit best.. I had mine delivered today and the delivery was seamless and the guy went over the bike with me in super detail! I definitely recommend these guys!! The bikes are super tidy, well priced and in mint condition!!

Be careful what you buy. Last year I knowingly paid over the odds for an SWM (I like to be different), but when I recently wanted to sell it or trade in against another bike in stock they were not interested, saying they had to reduce stock for the winter. Strange then that they have been taking in new used stock & p/ex bikes since my last visit. In my view they shouldn't really be selling a bike they won't take back, & I expect complete honesty in my dealings with traders. If you are looking to trade in a more common brand you'll probably be ok though. It's a shame as I've had very fair dealings before with TBS, but I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future on principle.Reply to dealer comment:Not strictly true Ben - I enquired just a couple of times online over summer (not many discussions") & don't believe I ever had a valuation or offer
