Absolutely delighted with my new window boxes artificial buxus balls that London Planters supplied and installed. Really good looking and realistic!

Although the product is satisfactory, the service is appalling. The delivery was a complete shambles. I would stay completely clear of this company.

I have chased emailed and called London Planters for over a week now and not only do they not answer the phone, they don't reply to emails or get back to voicemails. This has resulted in a project of mine being severely delayed and will cost my client thousands of pounds in delay fees. London Planters are extremely unprofessional. Please please do not use this company. There are many other companies who have a similar offer. I cant stress enough how awful this company is.

Recently have installed 4 window boxes with artificial buxus hedges to our front windows by London Planters. They were perfect. Both the planters and the plants are of great quality and the plants look very realistic. Fantastic job! Just what we needed to have some privacy.
