This is a delayed review but Talita is amazing, she can't go far enough to make you feel better as well as encourage you to push yourself within healthy bounds. She also made an essential oils treatment for nerve damage for me which had really quick results when nothing else had worked

I highly recommend Talita to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist. Talita has helped me on several occasions and has always been able to offer both immediate relief and a longer term plan to tackle the root cause of the issue.Friendly, professional and she gets results. Talita was recommended by my specialist for my Frozen shoulder. as I had recently arrived in Derby and new no-one. She was excellent. Very thorough and friendly. I liked the fact that she gave me a few important key exercises to practice at home that really helped but didn't send me home with sheets of exercises to do that can be off putting. I have made an excellent recovery

Amazing! Talita made each session personal to my needs as a person not just a patient and explored in great depth what other aspects of my life was having an effect me physically. I also had a learn to lift weights safely session in a gym to reduce risk of injury in training.

I used Talita for Physiotherapy treatment for a painful shoulder .She started with a full assessment of the issues I was experiencing and listened to what I had to say and the symptoms I had without rushing.I booked with Talita for a course of treatment.She resolved the problem with massage manipulation.We went through my range of motion and i was taught to watch my posture and re-learnt how to do my fitness training in the correct mode.Talita explained everything and was so patient with my lack of coordination and understanding.She was fun to visit and I enjoyed our sessions.
