Little Trotters Pony Parties

My 4 yr old daughter went for her first ever pony ride here today and it was absolutely brilliant! Lovely venue, beautiful woodlands, really nicely decorated and kept. The ponies were lovely and so well behaved. There's even a little coffee stand on site so you can grab a tea/coffee while your child goes for a ride. My daughter really enjoyed herself and can't wait to go back. Would definitely recommend.

Updated March 2023: we did this as part of a birthday party and it was so well managed and handled. Really personalised and they took such an interest in the party. Great food/snack, plenty of squash and the mix of riding/petting the guinea pigs/scavenger hunt was perfect. Be prepared for exhausted children after!We did a pony ride /experience. It took roughly 35-40 minutes. You're welcomed and the child is fitted with a helmet. Then there's horse maintenance/care and then you get a tour of the magical" woodland.The girls working are really friendly and they take real interest in the animals.The ride is for children from 2-9 years old. There is a little cafe onsite and a toilet but no baby change. As a parent

My little girl came here for a birthday party. She had never been on a horse before and so was very nervous. She came away loving it and asking for horse riding lessons. Thank you for giving her such an enjoyable time!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! this place is run by children! The owner was rude and didn't even involve herself in the party just let the children organise the children! The food provided was disgusting and gave us food poisoning! I don't even think it hold a food health and safety certificate because the girl cooking was extremely young without any adult supervision. I'm actually shocked that anybody gives this place more than 1 star but I'm half thinking it may be friends and family doing so. It's not worth wasting your money. Expensive and an absolutely awful experience for both children and adults. Complaint made and surprise surprise the owner has ignored me so will be seeking legal advice. I'm sure letting children run a place like that is illegal and extremely unsafe

I took my 6 year old niece to do a Woodland ride here & she absolutely loved it. The woodland ride area is well thought-out with little surprises all the way round to look out for. The ponies are beautiful and well natured and my niece was able to groom her pony before the ride. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly. The area was done up nicely with bunting & a coffee wagon with benches. There is also a lovely barn area with guinea pigs. Thoroughly recommend!

Invited to a birthday party here. Staff very friendly and lots to do. Went for a ride, did scavenger hunt, tattoo's, sweets and nice food. The pony's and donkeys were lovely

It was very nice. Went there for a birthday party, kids loved it.A little ride on ponies, pet some guinea-pigs, scavenger hunt, and a good lunch.Great experience for the kids.It was a sunny day, so all was dry. Might be a different experience in a wet day.
