Ordered for delivery. Most of order was messed up.Burger - had all items on it when requested some of these are removed. It was extremely messy aswell.Mozzarella sticks - soggy and clearly undercooked.Drinks - half full and no straws.No dips came that we ordered either.Trying to get a refund as its honestly vile.

The food wasnt good just barely warm we were given ice cream but had to wait on car in park for food for several minutes so ice cream meltingThe young lady who brought the food was charming though and tried to be helpful which is why there is a star

Food was cold when we got it after 22 mins after ordering waited 12 minutes to get it sorted & again food cold chips asked to see the manager wanted 15 mins then ask for money back this is the last time we used this McDonald's in Malvern by Morson because this is not the only thme we have had a problem with food on a Saturday dave Malvern

I ordered online to collect in store. There was a bit of wait as they were understaffed. It's the school half-term holiday. I would have expected more staff working not less.

Not only did we have to wait over 20 minutes for a pre-ordered drive-through order, as we witnessed many delivery drivers come and go, but our order was incorrect. When we explained this to the person who handed us our food, our receipt was requested as proof. After some time, we were then handed our missing items but without our receipt. We requested our receipt back (as needed this for feedback). The face of the employee looked as if I had insulted her mother upon requesting this. The whole wait time accumulated to over 30mins, after which we were finally left to 'enjoy' our cold food. For such a busy McDonald's, they seriously need to either increase their staff or limit their delivery orders.

Placed two order for click and serve my first ordered arrived and I was given a Coke Zero instead of a coke so went inside to replace it then my second order arrived and I was missing the sausage from my sausage and pancakes. My egg on my muffin was green and smelled like it had gone off and my frappe was half filled with uncrushed ice I did not bother going back in a second time but almost everything was wrong with my second order! Seems the standards have slipped in this McDonald’s will stick to park road next time. Disgusted! Only good side is the front counter staff are lovely

Worst experience every would never go back . They weren't even busy and they took half n hour for my small order! Rather go somwhere else!!! Staff were horrible and rude even the managers were alll moody

Again, messed up the order I ended up going down they re did the order and didn't put the nuggets back in so it's cost me £30 for burger and fries delivery service charge .... lesson learned Done with uber

Order from this restaurant weekly and EVERY time we do there is ALWAYS something missing,and it's always part of my meal. They will forget to put a big Mac burger in or chicken nuggets will be missing. I can understand and forgive mistake now and then but every week is ridiculous.
