Went to get school shoes for my grandaughter. Very busy, but seen on time as had made an appointment. Customer service was excellent as my grandaughter was given a very good choice of footwear and given the choice of what she wanted.The shoes are on the expensive side but worth the money as they fit the childs feet correctly.The shop is very clean and tidy and accessible to all.

The service we received was top notch especially with an Autistic child needing school shoes who cannot handle crowds. The shop assistant was patient and adjusted her self to meet my daughters needs.

Went today and was served by the most helpful lady. She helped find the perfect shoes for my young daughter. She was so thorough and kind and treated us so nicely. I bought 2 pairs which both seem lovely quality and my daughter loves.I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but thank you for working. Highly recommended.

Visited clarks looking for slippers for my grandson's birthday seeing nothing on display. Explained to assistant Isabelle what I was looking for she then went to the stockroom and came back with the perfect pair at sale price. Super customer service and a happy grandma
