Smiths Nissan, Peterborough

I have 2 experiences for buying approved used car. The first another made ‘T’ which was bad. This time, I do not regret to take 67 miles drive to this dealer Smiths Nissan in Peterborough. Sales Executive Daniel who is friendly & professional. He followed up promptly all my queries. This shop becomes my first choice for buying future used car.

Sold my car to Smiths through Motorway. The garage contacted me within hours of the sale and were very helpful in arranging a speedy collection of my car (collected within a week). The money was in my account before my car was taken away. Excellent customer service throughout.

I was deeply surprised to hear that my online appointment wasn't recognised. The reason given was that I didn't choose the cost of the service I needed. I lost a day off to fix the navigation screen that goes off after 15 minutes.

Kurt Sanders at Smiths Nissan Peterborough was extremely helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our Qashqai. He was very knowledgeable and his experience showed as he made sure that we were comfortable and fully aware of everything that we needed to know about our purchase. Kurt also regularly kept us up-to-date with the progress of our order and we never felt that we needed to chase anyone at any point - even after collecting our car, he called us to ensure everything was fine. Excellent service from Kurt and everyone at Smiths Nissan Peterborough - would highly recommend their services!

Absolutely fab experience with Phill Rudd at Smiths. From initial contact on Carwow, through me changing my mind on my vehicle choice and negotiating a new deal, service was brilliant. Communication was always super quick, polite and not pushy. Car arrived earlier than planned and after-sales support is there too which is comforting. Would recommend and look forward to hopefully more transactions in the future. Thank you.

Sales were fine but their after service is really bad. I dropped my car off for a service, asked them to quote me for chip repair, they didn’t. Asked them again they said they’d get back to me. No one called me back. Emailed, no response despite my repeated attempts to speak with someone.They ended up selling me some paint (after I made a trip out of my way to go there) which was out of date so I had to go back AGAIN.They’ve recently given me a hire car with absolutely no mention of asking me to providemy driving licence and national insurance number (I had to show the emails and texts as proof - the service desk was adamant I definitely have been asked) when I clearly wasn’t. Then they gave me a car with warning lights on?!Don’t rate their customer care at all. Shame really as I’m happy with my car and really like Nissans. I’d probably go to another dealership over Peterborough.
