EXCELLEBT SERVICEMy order was delayed so I made contact and was told I should receive it within the next 2 days. One week later it still hadn't arrived so I called back and was told that tracking information showed it had been delivered.I HAD DEFINITELY NOT RECEIVED IT.The gentleman I spoke to then said he would send out another one immediately. I then received one the next day and another one the following day. I called to confirm the return address in order to return one. The very kind and understanding gentleman said I could keep the extra item due to the inconvenience caused.Such a kind and humane gesture.

Avoid if you canI ordered some mouth pieces for my lung function machine in March. It is now may and I havent received the item or a refund from this company. Communication is seriously lacking and PayPal had to get involved to issue my refund (relieved I paid by PayPal now) and even PayPal advised they awarded in my favour as the company didnt bother to respond. As their customers are buying medical products I think this way of business is disgusting. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking experience. I ordered a set of Tanita BC601 Innerscanner scales on the 30th March 2019 having looked at various reviews. Some of the reviews seemed ok so I took a gamble which I wish I hadn't. I recieved 2 emails thanking me for my order. The webpage says it has a 92% success rate at getting orders out on time. Looking at Google reviews and other reviews I would challenge that percentage. It also says most orders are dispatched and delivered within 1 to 3 working days which again I find hard to believe. Having not heard anything again by the Friday 4th (5th working day) I sent them my first email. This was never replied to and neither were the subsequent 5 emails, 1 direct message and 5 voice messages. By the way if you phone you get 27 seconds of hold music then are forced to leave a message which is rubbish. I was also getting sales emails from a Hugh Sheridan promoting other available goods. I even sent a message back to this saying that maybe they should consider sending me my first item before trying to flog other things to me. By the 8th April I had come to the conclusion that I wasn't going to get my order fulfilled especially considering some reviews had stated they had been waiting 2 months with no joy. As I work for a Solicitors firm I sent them an email saying that if they didn't reply to me by the end of that week I would seek legal advice. Low and behold 45 mins later I recieved 2 emails confirming my order had been cancelled with a full refund and an email from Hugh telling me they were out of stock and didn't know when they would have any in so had cancelled my order. As I write this review (Monday 22nd April) I have just checked and they are still advertising this product at the same sale price I ordered it at which I am appalled at. I finally recieved my refund through PayPal on the 17th April.Can I suggest if you want to risk buying from this company that you phone through your order and not order online. At least that way you will know you can get what you are ordering and when it might get delivered.

Do not buy from this retailer. I ordered a cholesterol tester weeks ago. The money was taken from my account immediately but I still haven't received my order. No contact tel.no on their website so I sent 2 emails. No response.This review doesn't allow me to give zero star rating so I am relectantly giving them 1 star.

I have been waiting over two weeks for a monitor. Emails and calls have gone unanswered

Ordered bathroom scales over 2 weeks ago and still haven't arrived !!Have left several messages but no one has bothered to get back to me !!Very very poor !!

Disgraceful merchant, absolutely non existing service. I did not receive my parcel yet, 10 days beyond promised delivery (24-48 hours) and not a word of explanation. I sent a couple of enquiries by email and tried calling their customer service number leaving my details on. They never bothered to return my call. Luckily and fingers crossed, I payed with Paypal, so hopefully I'll get the refund at some point this year.Stay away from Wellnostics.

Ordered a blood pressure cuff from these through Amazon and the item has never arrived and I have not received a refund either from them and I have sent 3 messages to them and only had one reply saying that they sent the item but it has been delayed. 6 days after the last day for delivery and I still don't know what is happening about my order. Not happy at all with this company.

Mistake in postage, but customer service was great and the resolution was more than generous. Excellent service and will be using again.
