Went to Emma initially with knee problems, and she helped get me running again. Have since used her for any issues including back and neck and always come away feeling better. Professional advice, friendly attitude and great treatment room have made it a pleasant experience all around. Can thoroughly recommend to anyone needing treatment.

From booking to massage Emma was so helpful. Emma was very confident and knowledgeable. I was unsure what was causing my back pain and the massaged I received was very good and I was able to feel a difference straight away. Emma explained everything she was doing.The cleanliness of the clinic is also 5 star.Don't hesitate to book a session. She really is very good.

Emma has been marvellous, devising a rehab program to help with my hip problem.She has set me a series of strengthening exercise plans & given great massages to release tightness & improve movement.She is so knowledgeable & understanding & I would definitely recommend paying her a visit.Alison Usher

I went to Emma with back and neck issues and from the first session she was very professional both in diagnosis and treatment. Emma is very knowledgeable about how the human body functions and highlighting the areas causing my issues.From hands on treatment to giving me rehab programmes to follow Emma thoroughly explains everything so that I had an understanding of what I need to work on when at home.Emma also keeps in contact throughout my recovery to ask how I am feeling which adds a personal touch to an already brilliant service.Fully recommend her to anyone and can't thank her enough for everything she has done to put me on the road to recovery

Emma was very thorough and professional. She also gave great advice moving forward and exercises. Without Emma’s help I’m not sure I would have managed my half marathon. Will be booking in again soon.

After sustaining a snapped humorous which was plated I was recommended to Emma by a friend. The online booking process is very easy and I was able to book evening appointments which fits around my work. Emma explained everything very clearly and set out an exercise plan which was great and kept in contact in-between visits. I still have a way to go but my arm is feeling much better far quicker than I thought possable. I can't recommend Emma Wardle Sports Therapy enough!

From beginning to the end process Emma was extremely helpful. Years of injuries I was in a lot of pain before seeing Emma. The beginning session was very helpful, with her confidence and brilliant knowledge she highlighted problem areas and gave me a run down with home exercises that have helped definitely. A very clean clinic also deserves 5 stars. I would recommend Emma to everyone!

I saw Emma for the first time this week at her lovely practice and I wish I had gone to see her sooner!I'd been putting off seeing someone about an imbalance in my hips caused by an old injury, that was causing me constant discomfort and pain.Emma was so friendly, attentive and professional. She listened and asked questions, assessed my injury and helped release some of the tightness I'd developed. Its very clear she has a wealth of knowledge and experience.I left feeling uplift and relief, with a tailored program to help me fix my muscle imbalance and relieve my discomfort.I'll absolutely be back again and I cant recommend Emma enough.

Emma was great at diagnosing and confirming my suspicions on a pain through my arm from a trapped nerve on my back. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great treatment including attentive aftercare by following up on progress. Happily recommend.
