Awful company, do not respond to contact, and have not refunded on a returned item. I bought an item from them which Yodel could not deliver and has since been returned, I have tried to contact via phone, Email and message and no response. I have tracking proof that the item has been returned but there is no sign of a refund. This issue could have been amicably resolved if they had responded when I first contacted them.
