Came to get a vintage suede jacket and a pair of trousers fixed. Very happy with the service and results.

Shrunk three of my favourite jumpers, two of which are irreplaceable. Caused about £1000 worth of damage and refused to even refund me £20.85 for the cost of having them ‘cleaned’. I got upset and started crying in the shop and the owner screamed at me and forced me out, after refusing the simple refund. I didn’t even ask for them to cover any costs of replacing or repairing them (if possible.. unlikely as once something’s shrunk it never goes back to as before) and even just a £20.85 refund was too much for him. Never go here, horrible experience. Bad place.

Not even worth one star because they will ruin your clothing and then make up a lie to say that it was there before. Take photos of your clothing before you give it to them, if you choose to take the risk

It was such a delight! Thank you for pleasant and quick customer service! I called and they picked up the clothes from my address and returned the clean clothes the next day.

Very low quality dry cleaner who runs cleaning externally with risk of your cloths getting damaged! I brought many items in the past and was lucky that while the cleaning always was high level (actual stains seldomly came out) at least items were ironed and came back in the same condition. Last week however they ruined one of my suit jackets with big red ink marks which I am 100% sure were not there when I brought it and the owner refuses to take any responsibility for it. I warn you to bring items that you value as there seems to be no insurance in place that covers damages which in hind sight are not too surprising judging by how cloths are treated in this shop. The name is ironic - nothing royal about this place.

Highly recommend this dry cleaners. I ran over to them a few hours before a gig started to get a dress washed and ironed as it accidentally ruined in transit. They managed to turn it round within the hour - so I'm eternally grateful. Very friendly and helpful!
