Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Dartford

Dorina seemed to be nice when she served me and gave me my car. However when I gave the car back I was told to leave it at my car dealership. A month later I see £271 come out of my account and I had no warning of it. Enterprise has made up damages to the vehicle which were not there, and despite me leaving the car with more fuel in it than it had on pickup, she stated it didn’t. Beware for this place they are con artists. If you don’t buy their extra cover then they will steal your money. Do not use Enterprise in Dartford branch. Awful. I dealt with Dorina just for your information.

Not a good service.. booked a 7 seater for my trip with family months Before.. on the collection day they said they don't have 7 seater only 5 seat car is available.. spoiled our entire holiday planning.. I lost 4k for booking a resort.. even my entire plan needs to reschedule and end up in a mess.. never recommend their service.. management has stupid arguments.. I still don't understand how the management can put a 5 seat car and a 7 seat car be the same . There is no logic.. never ever recommend booking a car from them.

I had a car just for several hours and used it mostly on a motorway. I didn't park anywhere near curbs but when I came back they blamed me for damaged side of the tyre and took my deposit. Damage was obviously pre existing and I couldn't see it when I took the car in the morning.Basically iam being charged forsomeone's mistake. All I can hear from staff is that I signed contract and that is it.

Excellent service from both Kelly and Dorina, they made our rental experience easy without stress. They both answered our questions and made us feel comfortable to come back and rent again with them.Thank you for all your help

After someone pronged my car, my insurance included a curteousy car. I got an upgraded car, which was fabulous ... driving round in a Mercedes CLA....lovelyAll the staff were friendly and explained everything to me

Booked, peace of mind, told to collect...Walked a fair distance...Arrived...No cars available...Told They tried to call me but when I booked I never gave a number so they're liars...ruined the day...AVOID!!!

We were directed by our insurance company to pick a courtesy car from Enterprise Dartford. We had an amazing experience . They booked us in on the second day ( Saturday) right away. We explained that we have a seven seater and 3 car seats so the car originally offered would be not be fit for purpose . Kelly the manager was amazing and got us an upgrade . We were booked to collect the car at 12:00 , which is time that they shut on Saturday , but Kelly and Shanj were very accommodating and they worked beyond their shutting time, serving even other customers . Shanj was very reassuring and professional answered all our questions and was super polite and gentle . I really want to appreciate Shanj and Kelly who were there beyond their working hours , still with a smile and very professional.

Absolutely shocking. Pay for Excess Protection" at a rate of £15/day for the company to not return my deposit due to a puncture! £200!!! Spoken to in a condescending rude manner by 'Kelly'. Daylight robbery. DO NOT USE. Better hire companies out there."

Unfortunately an Enterprise van company seem to have decided to use my street (Watling Street, Dartford) as a place to store their vans. Whilst this is not illegal its completely unsociable and when spoken to by residents have replied with contempt.Worse still they often park on the pavement causing pedestrians with prams/ wheelchairs to need to enter the busy main road to get past.
