They are great botanists and if you are a customer then you should be fine and happy with the products. Nonetheless, if you are a business looking for a partnership we then recommend you do not operate with them.They have literally ruined our business and made us loose close to 10K (which we are still in the legal process of filing a claim). We started with a deal and this deal was quickly changed after a few months damaging our business forever. They are great botanists but not very good business people.At the moment they have literally copied our product photos and layout of website. They will give you the worst batch for the products you have ordered and did not even prepared themselves for Brexit, having an impact on themselves and everyone around.If you order a lot from them, they will 'assume' you are making a lot of money and change their prices at will. We had good intentions with them, including a partnership but we now see they never saw that and always treated us as 'enemies'. We were greatful for them and we tried to treat them good, including a Christmas gift they completely ignored and probably assumed we were so rich that we were giving them things away.We forgave SO MANY mistakes, nearly every order coming with something odd or not acceptable and we were always keen of caring for them. We would loose money on unsellable products just to avoid loosing them, in the end we lost our business.Very sad but good products, we just do not recommend doing business with, even if they agree with something it is a matter of time until it changes and all has become a HUGE problem to you, which will impact your life more than you imagine.

A few months ago I paid for some bottles of tea tree oil. In true fashion I paid up front. Anyway I forgot to pick them up and completely forgot about them. Today I went in to get some of their shaving soap. Megan - the owner- reminded me that I'd bought the tea tree oil and gave them to me. She'd kept them aside for me. Its very unusual to find a trader who is so honest and trustworthy.The shaving soap is unreal it gives you the closest shave you can imagine and if you work with oil or any kind of ink then nothing is better at removing it.They sell a whole range of cosmetics and as a vegetarian going vegan its great because not one item they sell is tested on animals nor do any items contain any ingredients tested on animals. Let me assure you it won't be long before I go there again.

I bought a shampoo and a conditioner bar. I was a little dubious about using bars but my hair looks, smells and feels amazing! Fast delivery too. It’s lovely to be able to get such good products from a local independent business. Thank you!

Really impressed with the recent introduction of the plastic free range and the commitment to being completely plastic free by the end of 2019 - Well done Sheffiend Skincare Company.Also a big thumbs up for large range of vegan and vegetarian products which can be difficult to source on the high street. Have sent the gift sets to friends and they've been really well-received - lovely packaging and gorgeous products. Love the Sheffield inspired names too. Good choice for a birthday present while also supporting a local business

Sheffield Skincare Company makes the best conditioner bars ever. I was able to buy them at a little shop until it closed - now I'm going direct to source and will buy a load every six months. I've tried Lush and Alternative and in my opinion SSC so much better.

Just used the shampoo & conditioner bars for the first time. I was very dubious as I have curly hair and am very fussy about the products I use. The shampoo bar left my hair feeling squeaky clean (literally!), the conditioner left it silky soft and both smell absolutely divine! Plus the added bonus of feeling great for ‘de-plasticking’ my bathroom and supporting local business! I am so impressed, this is first time I’ve ever bothered to write a review for a product but just had to say Thank You!

Great range of products for men and women alike, their Welders Mate liquid soap is a personal favourite. Plenty of refill options on products too which helps to keep packaging to a minimum. Megan is hugely knowledgable and passionate about what she supplies and is always happy to provide help and information. Can’t recommend highly enough to be honest.
