I am happy with the service provided by Mr. Billy Cook from Park Lane Centre. He answers my questions promptly. During my visit, he demonstrated different functions of the car. He was so nice to my family members that hot tea was provided. He explained different insurance plans and helped me to check the possibility of dash camera installation before the delivery. After my visit, I received a thank you letter from the Sale Manager, Naomi. I am looking forward to receiving my first mini. Thanks!

I bought a brand new Mini Cooper 5dr Hatch at Mini Park Lane. The sale representative that assisted me (Paige Gipson) made the whole process so pleasant and convivial. Being a first time buyer, I was hoping to be treated with patience and understanding with all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy and my interrogations were attended with great care and respect. The after-sale service has been up to my expectations beyond expectations. They are always eager to make sure that I am pleased with my all the request I make (sending documents, keeping in touch quickly, answering technical questions). Overall, this has been an excellent experience and I will definitely keep in touch with them if/when I'll need to.

I had an excellent experience here. I had to wait a little while for my appointment but the staff kept us plied with drinks and we spent the time checking out the cars in the showroom. We worked with the aptly named Tom Cooper and he was excellent. He answered all my questions and kept me relaxed during the two test drives we did. We purchased the same day and I felt informed and that my decisions were respected throughout. A great place in a great location.

Highly unhelpful when called asking for advice on flat tyre on my mini and advised by other companies to call official mini dealership for help as part missing.Mini Park Lane advised me they couldn’t help unless car was in their shop and no way for me to organise having it recovered there so given advice to get a separate independent company to either break the wheel off or try and get my car recovered to another business.Whilst I understand they may not be able to help there is no excuse for being rude on the phone.

Lovely car.. however.. be careful what package you are paying for.. comfort plus package.. hmmmm.. what comes with that!!! Ensure you get everything you think your getting.. and re clarify every single thing.. because it can not be charged once you receive your vehicle..

Not recommending service from them , I bought a car from them , and afterThree days , I did noticed The AC is not working, I did contact tact them and say it is a problem. Before I order my car, I did say them , I gonna be travel Spain , you can imagine travel in Spain without AC .I tried to contact with Matthew Sharldow but not responding ? Also, I did send the email.Ammet no response ,My advice is before you collect car from them make sure you check properly your new car .Because now they trying saying part of guarantee , it’s just nightmare. We are in Spain now without AC. We’re gonna be back next month and I hope we sort out the problem in UK .

Ordered a new mini in February. Was told my car would arrive end of June but likely July. After having to chase myself in May was told that because of the war in Ukraine they would have to change my spec of a car because of problems with parts and that I had to fork out a further £1k and the car had not even started to be built and would only be ready in September. Now chasing again, calling twice and never getting a phone call back I’m told car will only be ready in November.So to sum up, poor communications only when I chase do I get an update, have had to pay extra since ordering my car and car has taken DOUBLE the time to arrive (and I still have no guarantee to get it in November).Decided that after waiting 7 months with still no guaranteed date for delivery told them I wanted my deposit back which they gave back with no problem (at least that wasn’t a headache)

I thought being in Park Lane that I would pay a premium by using this dealer. I wanted to purchased a mini convertible, 2 - 4 years old and found one on Auto Trader. The price was perfectly comparable but the service I received from the dealer was amazing. 2 lovely ladies (both called Lauren) sorted my car from 1st enquiry to collection within 26 hours. (It can't be done" said Lauren No1 - "but we will try"). They did try and succeeded. The entire experience was faultless. I genuinely enjoyed buying the car
