This is the place to get lpg at the cheapest price. Hugely cheaper than Calor, no ridiculous bottle deposit, free delivery too. Very friendly & amenable, same gas only far far cheaper. They do static tank refilling too. Flogas are Great !

They are absolutely useless, without gas over Christmas and my delivery of gas did not come yesterday, so without gas again.After over an hour waiting on the phone yesterday, finally got through , they were rude and unhelpful and could not tell us when our gas will come.Do not use this company, they could not careless about their customers.

Called in with an empty 11kg bottle and was dealt with by a lovely lady who set up an account for me in minutes and away I went with my replacement bottle. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Thank you very much.

Shocking service and lack of easy communication. I placed an order for delivery last Friday - no delivery when I called today to chase delivery I got nowhere other than being told that an email will be sent and I will have to wait another 2 days - why why why ? All I want to do is speak to someone who knows about my delivery that I want today - not good

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a replacement bottle. Waited in for delivery on two occasions and never arrived. Customer service is like talking to a robot. Very rude and unhelpful.Certainly Don not recommend Flo Gas

not any more, prices bumped right up without reasonable explanation.Actually complained to company director and received a poor standard reply, then I shared some rough knowledge of what kind of mark up and profiteering they are making. Funny enough no reply then. Recently returned from Spain, where same size cylinders are 15 euro delivered. ..here for a 13KG butane £32-36, eye watering difference.

Web site says Fawley open, not open for bottle exchange, no direct contact number, free phone number for 10 mins,before speaking to a bored operator. No personal skills. Big company syndrome ( don't give a dam about their customers)Time to change company. This one is shocking.About time these review sites gave a star less rating.
