I have always received excellent service at Alphapet, Bognor Regis. The receptionists are always very welcoming, efficient and friendly towards me and my dog. The vets are always compassionate and kind, I feel secure in their professionalism and the advice they give.

A incredible vet practice. They have done so much for my 18 year old kitty. She has kidney failure and bone cancer, but with the guidance of the vets we're keeping her happy and comfortable until her time comes.Thanks guys

The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The vets were very knowledgeable, and they made me feel like my guinea pig, Gus, was in good hands. He was neutered, and everything went perfectly. Shout out to the ladies at the reception for being so understanding, friendly, and welcoming!

I was very stressfully due to my dog skin issue. They was our dog doctors, but unfortunatelly, they not find the cure to my doggy. Every time i paid a first consultation fees, but the problem was the same, and they could not be treated. Just wasted my money, and almost lost my dog!I do not recommend them.

Well the staff get 5 stars as they are the one trying to keep it all together and I would think its not a good place for them to go each day and have to apologise to people on the phone I was there yesterday at Chichester and it must be embarrassing for them but let me say you are very diplomatic and a credit to the company its a shame it all going wrong but who’s to blame not the staff that’s for sure we’ll done girls do hope they can turn it all around as they were the best at one time ?
