All staff friendly and helpful. If an item is out of stock they help you to order it. Dogs allowed and the staff love them. My dog wants to go everyday and doesn't understand why doors are closed when store is shut! Good prices and store layout.

Ordered some sale garden ornaments online. Quick response with the message to pick up goods. Went quite early, excellent customer service. Bought an additional item in store which also happened to be reduced so a very happy customer. The sales assistant even got me a trolley to wheel out my goods.

As good as a hombase can be, but what makes this branch differ is how helpful and experienced all the staff are.Also dogs are very welcome.
