Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Wembley North

Wow. What a terrible experience. Got into 1.5h Uber ride to collect the car than had been reserved and confirmed, only to get voice mail message that it had been cancelled (no cars left). Took 20 mins for someone to pick up return phone call. £70 Uber ride wasted. All they would say is “when you book online…”. It didn’t - I talked and booked with a human and have email confirmation. Terrible experience. Rubbish company with zero customer retention skills. Avoid!

I had the misfortune of being dealt with by a rude and incompetent person ,masquerading as the manager - Falak Mughal .She never calls you back , arranges to meet you at the branch and doesn’t turn up , blames you for existing damage and then when you disagree takes the money off your credit card without asking your permission ( this is being dealt with) and unbelievably, gave me a car that’s mot was just about to expire then rang me and told me I was driving the car illegally and that I had to bring it back Immediately and wait whilst they had the mot done !Avoid this woman like the plague and if you pay by credit card you are running the risk of her stealing your money .How this person has a job any more onerous than parking the cars is beyond me . She reflects very badly on enterprise.Don’t believe me though , peruse the other reviews!

Amazing service by the team. The car was neat and clean and didn't have any trouble. Jenifer was really helpful in the check in and check out process. Will definitely rent a car here again.

Great service and lovely people who work there. They’re very helpful and friendly. In particular, I’d like to thank Jennifer for my smooth pick up service. She explained everything I needed to know without flooding my brain with too much information, she was thorough and she did a quick turn around when I needed to add my partner onto the insurance the following day. Mohammed was there when I dropped off the car and I didn’t expect such great service from a Manchester United fan but he was great!

This is my second time using the North Wembley branch. Great service from all staff especially, Falak, Jennifer and Imran who made me feel comfortable and confident hiring a car from them. I'll definitely be using their services again!

All the staff except 1 woman who claims to be the manager, her name is Falak, the most disrespectful person I have ever come across, dismissive and arrogant. why she is working there among the other staff members is beyond, as everyone else is amazing, polite, and helpful. Also, why does no one ever answer the phone there? i had been ringing for 45 minutes, with no reply, I even rang whilst at the office, to see if the phone was even ringing, it simply rang as she sat there and ignored it. Would have been five stars if not for this woman, We have had other complaints about her from many other people locally who have said she is rude and has also made racist remarks towards black males. horrible woman. We no longer use this branch, we go to Park Royal, where the service is always impeccable.

Can’t complain at all ! Very easy to deal with , nice car on hire and easy return as well. Special mention to Munindra for his help and service.

Rented a Luton Van for a move on the 15/05/23, a few issues with the van were raised on return the following morning and I spoke to Falak the branch manager who had heard me raise these issues with counter staff, she was amazing with how she dealt with me and was very apologetic, and attentive and immediately remedied the situation, Falak was engaging and professional leaving me with her business card to ensure I left happy and had a direct point of contact for any future rentals. Staff generally were up beat and the way I was dealt with meant that I was a happy customer and would certainly come back again. I am miffed by some of these reviews and I would highly recommend using the services from this branch. Thank you again! IK

My experience using the Wembley office was a nice and positive one, only because of the professional service I received from the branch manager Arafat and a staff member Richard. Arafat dealt with my query and issues that I had with ease and and swiftly. He is well trained, experienced and more importantly well mannered with positive attitude.Richard is understanding with positive attitude and good humour. He is well mannered and customer dedicated.One last person who deserves a mention is the Man who does the car washing, sadly I don't remember his name, but he is polite and smiling, although he speaks very little English.
