Great company that do things to a very high standard

Placed an order with them in November 17th. Was told two week lead time.Emailed after two weeks and no response.Had to make several phone calls to get a response. Was told they would now try to supply the cut glass before Xmas.Again no response to me emails or returned calls.Very frustrating when trying to plan a project at home and needing to book other tradesmen in when this glass is holding everyone up.

Great service and excellent price.Ordered 8 units and all we manufactured to the correct size and the order was ready to collect on time. The two lads I spoke to even helped me load the car.Will use again in the future.

Very efficient processing, reliable easily and great flexible delivery options. Excellent quality product at a great price. We don't think you could find a better glazing company. Such an awkward and unhelpful company, we parted ways with our joiner as he kept making mistakes in turn costing us, his finishes were also not of what you would expect from a fully qualified joiner, unfortunately he ordered our windows, one cracked 1 day after installation, not only will this company not replace the faulty and unfit for purpose pane of glass but they won’t even tell me the mm thickness of the pane making it awkward to order elsewhere, just because I didn’t make the order, many people part ways with their trades, they are just using this excuse as a cop out for providing such inadequate products!You’ve been warned
