Ever since I joined IQ Fitness I have actually been enjoying workouts! All the classes are so well organised and the trainers go out of their way to show you correct your form. Friendly atmosphere and staff but most importantly its a child friendly gym.Highly recommend and very appreciated!

IQ Warriors has given my son the opportunity to develop the muscles and strength we were told were impossible to gain. This gym is one of the most inclusive environments we’ve ever know.Will never be able to thank Stuart & Zoe Niven enough for creating such an enabling provision.

Perfect gym for everyone.Staff lovely and friendly.Classes offer a variety of strength and conditioning.Perfect environment for all ages including my 7 and 9 year old.Safe but effective introduction to exercise for them.Lovely place from them to make friends and instil normality in the gym environment which I believe is so important.Also so cheap!!!!!!

I've taken my 9 year old kids in for the children's training session at the weekend. They have both really enjoyed it and the kids are made to feel comfortable in the gym by the trainers.

IQ fitness is incredible. Everyone on the team is so friendly and helpful and the pt sessions are tailored to help you achieve your goals. The classes are amazing and the equipment is new and hi-tec. I can’t thank you more for your efforts in helping me achieve a new level of fitness, strength and performance that I’ve not achieved at other gyms before. My wife has recently joined and she loves the atmosphere and my daughter has attended and feels welcomed and safe. I would recommend this gym to anyone of any age and any fitness level.

My daughter had her first IQ Warriors class today at IQ Fitness. She's 5 years old and diagnosed Autistic, she has challenges with her gross motor skills but today she was in her element! The staff made the children feel capable & we're very engaging, I'm sure this class will do wonders for not only fitness but self confidence

This is such a great gym. Was in town for 2 weeks, provided a package that was incredible value for money.Gym is perfectly stocked, amazing dumbell rack with 1kg increments which is mad!Staff are so friendly, highly recommended.
